Women's Aqua Class- September 12/7 + 12/21|Saturday|10:00:am|11:00:am|Pool|If you are looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine then Aqua Circuits is for you! This class gives you a perfect combination of fun and fitness combined with the added benefits that water resistance brings. Whilst being low impact this is most certainly a high energy class - so don't be fooled an Aqua Circuits class means you can really let loose.
